The Radio Fm Station Hamara Fm 94.6 is launched a few months ago in early 2010 and late 2009 with the Stations in Peshawar, Lahore,Multan, Islamabad, Karachi on the same frequency of 94.6 MHz. The Station also operates in Faisalabad on the Frequency of Hamara Fm 90.
The scenario is really surprising as this is something strange that happened with Koolmuzone.com. The Website was not featured intentionally by the Radio Fm 94.6 Hamara Fm Pakistan but it was a song that was Downloaded from The Website Koolmuzone.com that really unfolded the reality of its origin.
In the Late 2003 and early 2004 a famous Pakistani Music Portal http://www.apniisp.com started the trend of mixing of their Website name with the song Music so that the listeners may know about the song source. The inclusion of Website name at the end of the song with a background Music Mixing worked a lot for both Publicity and Originality.
The trend worked and it became difficult for other website owners to steal the songs from http://www.apniisp.com and place them on their own designed websites by simply changing text details of the song through various softwares.
Also a large number of radio stations were pulled back by this act as they were downloading music in mp3 format from the internet and were playing them on their Fm Stations instead of paying for the Music.
Well, this thing is horrifying for the record label as they incur a huge loss due to piracy by some ill minded people.
Even Fm Radio Stations are now not in a mood to purchase a legal copy of the Artist’s Album so what will be the case with ordinary consumers.
Hamara Fm are clearly engaged in broadcasting Music that is Downloaded from the Internet and this is not the first time that any radio stations is found guilty of being using free resources to gather content for their Channel.
Koolmuzone.com was identified by a listener in Lahore when a song was played at peak timing on the station and at the end of song the Vocals mixed by the Koolmuzone.com about their website told the entire story.
The song was an old Hit from Awaaz Band from their First Album. The Album is currently available to Download from Koolmuzone.com Website.
There are a lot of Fm Stations who have purchased the CD or Audio Casette of Awaaz Band and they play songs from their First Album like Fm 100 Paksitan have played songs from the same first Album of Awaaz Band Pakistan.
Well, The Record Labels must keep an eye on Music Pirates as Depriving Artists of their Hard Work Remuneration is not good at all and all websites whether they are Music Portals must stop putting Illegal Licensed Content on their website.
