The Illinois Institute of Technology Chicago United states of America (US) will be offering iPad to all new Undergraduate students.

The University Authorities cite the reason that using iPad will facilitate teaching.  University authorities claim that there are a lot of applications of iPad in the field of education.

Students can extract benefit through using eBooks, Black Board Mobile Learn and iTunes University.

Illinois Institute of Technology is saying that the iPad Gadget will be handed over to all new incoming undergraduate students to “integrate new technologies into the classroom and foster educational innovation among faculty and students”.

Illinois Institute of Technology was formed in 1890. It accepts a lot of foreign students and for this reason it was ranked at 9th spot for 2008 University Rankings of International Students by topuniversites.com

The things to discuss are that won’t the eye sight of students be effected after reading from an LED screen. A lot of universities consider iPad as distraction from studies.

Another point is that will Illinois Institute of Technology offer new iPad to Pakistani Students who will be admitted in this institution. Now will they be granted visa acceptance for US.

Although it is really expensive to study at Illinois Institute of Technology and low scholarships are available at Undergraduate Level for International Students.
