With the advancement in technology and IT sector Computer Systems are developing quickly.
The Hot discussion that often occupies the Spotlight is “Will Computers Rule Out the Role of Human Teachers Into The Class Room”.
A lot of People particiapte in this discussion and give various facts and figures to justify their support against or in the Favor of this topic.
Personally being Rationale I feel that the role of Human Teachers in the Learning Process will remain intact.
Computers can not think for themselves. Computers are man made inventions and they rely on a Human to input Instructions in them.
Unlike Humans they lack brains so are unable to think and make new discoveries. Computers can only display what the Human asks them to for.
In the Class Room there are a lot of Students from various backgrounds. A Human is always needed for their ethical and emotional training. Some Human is needed to inform them them of the dreadful circumstances that may emerge if they fail to engross themselves whole heartedly into their studies.
Computers lack emotions so if a Student is sad as a rsult of some unfavorable even the Computers are unable to cheer him up. A Human is always needed to pick up deficiencies in the Children.
The mistakes that students commit can be corrected by Computer but Computer can not make them confident not to repeat these mistakes again.
Some Students are slow while others are quick so A Human is needed to take them on the pace track of learning.
Indeed the verdict goes that Computers could be used as Guides in the Classroom to enable students learn their lessons with interactivity but can not replace human teachers as they are an integral part in teaching process and a Human who has gone through the same phase is able to guide aspiring Students in a better way then anything else.
