Folks @ Gizmodo got their hands today over a Memo that states the details of upcoming Google Nexus 7 Tablet.
The gadget was supposed to unveil this week at the Google Flagship I/O conference but some smart minds @ Gizmodo Australia managed to get their hands over the details of the device even before its announcement.
Nexus 7 Specifiactions
As rumored the Nexus branded tablet has screen size of 7-inch, officially named Nexus 7.
The leaked document gives an indication that this Tablet is manufactured by Asus and features a 1.3Ghz quad-core Tegra 3 processor, GeForce 12-core GPU and 1GB of RAM with two different storage variants: 8GB and 16GB.
The Nexus 7 Tablet will run over the latest Android Jelly Bean OS although the version is still vague but as indicators suggest its gotta be Android 4.1 not Android 5.0.
The Nexus tablet will also feature NFC and run Google Wallet (probably only in the US) and Android Beam.
The screen is an IPS display with a 178-degree viewing angle, running a resolution of 1280px by 800px . The device will also sport a 1.2 megapixel front-facing camera. The battery gotta be 9 hours worth of operation.
Nexus 7 Price
The 8GB model will cost $US199 and the 16GB will be priced $US249. The local prices are not evident yet.
