  • Filed under: Android, Apple, iPad, Technology, Windows phone 7 The Abundance of Tablet Computers but Lack of Innovation How Long Could this Continue? by Young Aspirations on Sep 19th, 2010

After the arrival of Apple iPad, Windows Phone 7 and Android Powered Tablet Computers the Tablet Computers Industry has started Growing at a Fast Pace.

From time to time we get to see a lot of New Exciting Tablets being released. A Lot of Companies have started or are planning to try their Luck in this Industry but if we think it on a Scholar’s Perspective this is one of the things we should not expect from these Manufacturers.

Since the Introduction of Tablet Computers we have seen several tablet devices but the sad part is that they mostly utilize similar Technology and integrate replica Features. Every time we see a Tablet Coming Up with a New Feature the competitors start Imitating the same Feature in their Updated Versions.

Being a Consumer when I see these appealing exciting Gadgets either Operating on Android OS designed by Google or iOS Designed by Apple or Windows Phone 7 I get pleased but when this Process will continue for a Consistent period of Time i will get Fed Up and will revert back from paying attention towards the new Releases.

On One Hand this Scenario will cause abundance of Tablets offering Similar Features with Minor Differences in Price while on the other Hand it will cause User’s to stick to just One tablet they have in their Possession.

Instead of adopting the tactics of laggards the Tablet manufacturing Companies should concentrate on the Development of their Own New Technologies. We Know Apple has a robust Research and Development Department that comes up with Exciting Ideas.

It is better for any manufacturer to come up with own Signatured Device Structure along with self developed OS and their Own Interactive Features that make their Product distinct from other Products available in the Market.

There are a lot features that are still to be included in these Tablet Computers like we can have a Tablet computer with Sensors that act upon the Voice Commands or Gestures of Individuals Using it.  I Heard Apple is trying Security Feature related with detecting the Legitimate Owner of the Device by sensing the Heart Beat.

In the similar Manner instead of Just lagging behind other Products every manufacturer should have his own Device from which we can easily recognize their Brand name.

This lack of innovation in the World of Manufacturing Tablet Computers should be Fixed so that the User’s experience something Unique and new Every Time they hear about a New Gadget release.
